The Outdoorsman's Top Pick symbol has become a pretty big deal!  We wanted to promote businesses outdoorsmen valued, but we did not want to use  a review system.   We didn't want to just promote the businesses we liked, because that wouldn't hold as much value.

This is YOUR chance to endorse your favorite small or big businesses.  We allow you to cast 1 ballot per year, per state.  We have narrowed it down to the below categories.  We list all businesses on the ballot for free, so if you know of a business that is not listed, contact us.
Why the Top Picks?

Why not!

It seems like we have awards for all of the big businesses & tv shows, but for some reason we fail to recognize the businesses that really make it happen.

Most of these businesses are small businesses that provide us outdoorsmen with a service or resource we use.  The majority of these businesses are only able to ssell to a small market because they are an outdoorsman based business.

We understand what reviews are, but we are such a small market it, it doesn't seem to really fit.  We believe in promoting the businesses that outdoorsmen endorse and we don't care to waste are time bashing the others.  Too us that is just pointless...

endorsing Outfitters...

The Outfitter & Guide market is extremely dynamic.  First, 90% of outdoorsmen hunt DIY, so they are selling to an extremely small market.  We have found most states are saturated with Outfitters & Guides.  There is too many for us to list for free inside the publication & we aren't a business that is just going to endorse an outfitting business because they gave us a FREE hunt.  We generally do not hunt guided, but with so many too choose from we want to promote the Outfitters that are endorsed by their clients, their peers & their fellow outdoorsmen.

We offer big advertising discounts to the businesses that are voted as the Top Pick of a given category, because we want them to be promoted, as they have obviously earned it.  We value your opinion & it means something, so vote & make sure you let fellow outdoorsmen know about the Outdoorsman's Top Picks!
